Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start. Calisthenics is body weight training and can be easily performed according to your current level and adjusted as you improve. Similarly with yoga, you can always work within your abilities and imorove the quality of your movement and capabilities over time.
Yes. All seasons, all weather. No excuses. Of course if it’s some sort of next level weather phenomenon we will make a decision on the day. Dress well, wear layers, and prepare for everything. in all honesty it’s usually great outside and we‘re rarely forced to take cover for which we are prepared as well.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
