You’ll train with TMez in the garden with a focus on calisthenics and enjoy Miri’s yoga influence at evening, weekend, and park sessions. We are big on living outside the box and that means practicing our skills in new places, on new objects, yielding new adventures and the vibrant training life. Always practicing what we preach, when we’re not with you outside we are advancing our own abilities outdoors during all seasons.
