Training outdoors immediately invites the unexpected, supplying the wonder that any special activity deserves. Yes, itβs about the strength, and the skill, and developing ourselves in ways that impress us, but really the focus remains on fostering an amplified belief in yourself and the effort/performance you make as a result.
The garden will be our lab where we learn skills and develop our abilities. The intention always to take them out into the βwild.β Here and there we will venture out for sessions, utilizing nature, applying our skills, and harnessing gains only earned when your performance must rise above unexpected changes in environment and difficulty. Standard training is 90 min and includes bodyweight strength and skill work such as learning handstands and other arm balances. Handstands and arm balances are available as a 60 min pay as you go.
